Shelter/Hotline Advocate:  Taylor County
We are looking for a part time Shelter / Hotline Advocate in our Taylor County office. The Hotline Advocate responds to incoming calls on the hotline from victims, advocates, service providers and the general public. The Hotline Advocate provides crisis intervention, referrals, information and problem solving, and shelter screenings to all callers. Candidates must have a strong understanding on the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual preferred.

Hotline Advocate:  Leon County
The Hotline Advocate responds to incoming calls on the hotline from victims, advocates, service providers and the general public. The Hotline Advocate provides crisis intervention, referrals, information and problem solving, and shelter screenings to all callers. Candidates must have a strong understanding on the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Bachelor’s degree preferred. We are also seeking a part-time overnight Hotline advocate. Bilingual preferred.

Wakulla County Sexual Violence Advocate
Provides counseling and support to sexual assault victims, and adult survivors of sexual abuse.  Facilitates community awareness events and trainings.  Full-time

Sexual Violence Therapist
Provides therapeutic services to adults and children who have experienced sexual assault.  Must be licensed.  Full-time.

Taylor and Madison Domestic Violence Child Welfare Case Manager

This position advocates for batterer accountability in DCF cases involving domestic violence.  Attends DCF case staffing's for domestic violence cases, and provides information and referrals to survivors.  Full-time. 

Quality Assurance Manager/Executive Assistant

The Quality Assurance Manager/Executive Assistant provides overall administrative support for grant management, quality assurance, data tracking, program services statistics, board reports, composition and preparation of grant correspondence, invoices, and reports.   This position is also responsible for general administrative support for the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.   Post-secondary degree preferred.  Superior language skills, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, knowledge of and support for the mission of Refuge House, and ability to honor and maintain confidentiality and ethical communication a must.  Competitive salary and benefits.  Please send resume for this position to This email address is being protected from spambots.
