Shelter/Hotline Advocate: Taylor County
We are looking for a part time Shelter / Hotline Advocate in our Taylor County office. The Hotline Advocate responds to incoming calls on the hotline from victims, advocates, service providers and the general public. The Hotline Advocate provides crisis intervention, referrals, information and problem solving, and shelter screenings to all callers. Candidates must have a strong understanding on the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Hotline/Shelter Advocate: Leon County
We are seeking candidates for full-time employment, which will include weekends. The Hotline/Shelter Advocate responds to incoming calls on the hotlinee from victims, advocates, service providers and the general public. The Hotline/Shelter Advocate provides crisis, supportive counseling, service management, referrals, informaion, maintain cleanliness of the shelter, shelter screenings and safety planning to all callers. Candidates must have a strong understanding about the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Bachelor's degree preferred. We are also seeking a full-time overnight advocate, which will include weekends. Bilingual preferred.
Sexual Violence Therapist
Provides therapeutic services to adults and children who have experienced sexual assault. Must be licensed. Full-time.
Taylor and Madison Domestic Violence Child Welfare Case Manager
This position advocates for batterer accountability in DCF cases involving domestic violence. Attends DCF case staffing's for domestic violence cases, and provides information and referrals to survivors. Full-time.
