Our free and confidential counseling is designed to assist survivors in restoring stability to their life in the aftermath of violence. Everyone experiences things differently so no assumptions or judgments will be made. Our counselors can help you identify and process any thoughts and feelings you may experience now and in the future. They will help you build tailored safety plans to lower the impact of challenges you may face moving forward, and celebrate the successes that come your way. Our counselors have a wide array of experience working with survivors and can help you further connect with other resources you may seek. Our goal is that you live a full and healthy life, free from violence, and with options that work for you.
All counseling appointments are made by calling the hotline. Our Hotline Advocates will connect you with a local counselor to address your concerns. Call us any time.
In addition to providing individual counseling, our domestic and sexual violence counselors host groups at our offices and at several locations within the community (including extensive support to incarcerated survivors, folks in homeless shelters, etc.). Topics span empowerment, healing, and prevention themes. If you are interested in attending a group for either sexual or domestic violence survivors, please call the hotline. The domestic violence outreach office locations are confidential, but the sexual violence outreach office locations are listed below. If you would like to bring a group to your current location, please call the hotline and let us know.
