- Injunction assistance: Injunctions for protection offer legal distance between involved parties. Our advocates can help you decipher between injunctions for dating violence, domestic violence, repeat violence, stalking/cyberstalking and sexual violence. Advocates offer crisis counseling, safety planning and court accompaniment as well.
- Legal support: Our attorney is located in the Leon County Courthouse office and is available to provide representation for those seeking injunctions. If needed, we can also help you with referrals to attorneys who can provide additional legal advice and assistance.
- OAG Victim Compensation: Refuge House advocates are certified Application Assistants for Domestic Violence, Sexual Battery and Human Trafficking. We can assist with relocation efforts and address confidentiality as well.
- Immigration assistance for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking: Please contact our hotlines for information on immigration legal assistance. Services are available in Spanish and interpreters are available for victims speaking other languages.
